    Foil Pouches

    At Lionheart, we support three different variations of sizes for strip flat pouches. 

    The 79x50mm size pouch supports a strip that is 25mm wide and up to 42mm long. 

    The pouch is designed to allow a consumer to peel the pouch open exposing the strip in its entirety, which allows for easy access.

    The 60x50mm size pouch supports a strip that is 25mm wide and up to 35mm long. 

    The pouch would include a tear notch that allows the user to tear the pouch open from one end and pull the strip out with their fingers.

    The 90x50mm size pouch supports a strip that is 25mm wide and up to 60mm long. 

    The pouch would include a tear notch that allows the user to tear the pouch open from one end and pull the strip out with their fingers.

    Retail Packaging

    There are unlimited options for retail packaging, We have found that flat pouches (with a resealable zipper) are good for small orders with less than 15 strips per pack, and folding cartons are best for larger runs with larger amounts of strips in each unit.  Below are some templates that can be used if you desire. Otherwise, let’s talk and discuss options and ensure the strips fit in your chosen packaging.
